These practices train the attention, boost focus, calms the adrenals and improves emotional intelligence and social skills. Calm, peace and the feelings of being able to cope and function are hugely boosted.
This treatment is especially beneficial for those who have issues with touch or sensory overload. By taking the individual on a guided journey, many of the same benefits of therapeutic touch are achieved. Through listening and focusing on that very moment, the sub-conscious mind is delved in to. This has control of over 37.2 trillion cells inside your body. The sub-conscious mind regulates and connects all 12 systems that keep you alive and functional; the heart, the endocrine (hormones), immune, respiratory, nervous, circulatory, digestive, lymphatic, muscular, skeletal, reproductive and urinary systems.
